Hello, Thank you for your review. My name is Ralph, and I work closely with Wargaming Sydney’s local HR Team. I’m happy you’re able to work with engaged and intelligent people in the office. Unfortunately, we’ve seen that multiple employees find communication difficult across our different offices, and due to this input we’re actively working on the communication gaps across our teams. We’ve implemented a Gateway team that assists with coordinating production and development globally by improving communication between team leads. Additionally, we have increased our efforts to hire more international team members in key roles to ease communication between different offices which can reduce the communication gap for our Sydney teams. Your perspective has been very helpful and will allow Wargaming to improve our company and culture for future employees. If you haven’t done so already, please share your concerns and ideas on how we can improve communications with your manager.
