- stable salary - you can try yourself in everything (almost) - some latest technologies for new projects - high level technical expertise in Kiev - good office location - can find good friends

Cons

- development and business processes opacity like 80% - senior management force the team to work in continuous stress - high level of stuff turnover - poor level of innovations - bad office facilities - micromanagement & evolving leads = 0 - logic & sober - can find hypocritical egoists

Raises and pay on the low end scale for the studio's location. Not a lot of chance for upward mobility

Pros

The employees are coming from all Europe and abroad (more than 20 nationalities) so everybody work in English - cool atmosphere - good team spirit, - job interesting with opportunities to learn, grow and evolve -The company is doing a lot to help the employees who don't speak French (more than 70%)

Cons

A lot of entry positions: none all of the employees will have the opportunity to evolve. Paris is a beautiful city but the housing is expensive.
