Pros

Good atmosphere. Majority of people are very friendly. The pay is good. Managers seem to care about their people which is not a very common situation in the industry. Top guys in the studio are those who work the most, you can find them at their desks when the day is long time over. Care about quality a lot .

Cons

Timelines are very tight, you are always going to be overloaded. Crunches happen. You are going to be fined for being late to work.
