      Great team of people, no overtime, salary is always paid on time, nice office, hybrid work format. Despite a high volume of routine tasks, the team lead tries to come up with creative assignments.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in company policies, no salary increases (at all), and very limited opportunities for career growth.

      The company is well established and mature. Is has procedures for everything. The company provides good work equipment. The tasks are interesting and challenging most of the time. You can learn a lot from colleagues.

      Cons

      It is all about people, you can find good ones and bad ones. Sometimes company and management doesn't know what is want. Not all people speak English well.
