Business Outlook

Pros

Stability and high predictability of development and tasks

Cons

Hard to work and integrate if you don't know Russian Challenging to be heard without working in company for 5+ years. "Only you have problems woth this" is a very common response about highlighted problems, improvements proposals Salary raises are not transparent and for some positions are non-existent. Inflation factor isn't covered at all by any means

Pros

Stable growth, minimal bureaucracy, strong teams, support for hybrid and relocation policies, independence from external corporations, employee-centric culture, transparent processes, high internal resilience.

Cons

No option for fully remote work with contract setup outside of office countries; location-restricted; salary range bottom aligned more with Southern Europe, though top end matches Serbia.
