Pros

The Work/Life Balance, Salary, and Co-workers

Cons

Return to Office was in affect for Chicago, Austin was been hybrid preferred for the past 2-3 years. Laid off with no notice, the only person in my position within the United States. Hiring for positions while laying off 40+ positions. Too many products under one umbrella, focus is all over the place.

Pros

- salary - work flow - nice office

Cons

- the bonus is paid only once a year and is highly dependent on financial results; apart from the annual bonus and salary, no other monetary compensation is provided - some colleagues are toxic, It depends a lot on the team
