Terrible atmosphere. Lots of secrets and lies. Silos galore. No transparency. Company culture is all a façade. What it's really about is making the right friends!

- you can get rise only if you are best friend of someone from management - incompetent leads on all levels (see #1) - no one care about product, all care about their work place - you cant's change anything

The people at Wargaming Sydney were nice but the management was...

Cons

One time I skipped an optional morning social activity requiring me to arrive to the office early with no extra pay. I wanted to attend it but the stress from crunch time had been too much and I needed the rest. The next day I was ambushed by the HR team in the office kitchen, who threatened me that the next time I'm asked to attend an activity I should be there. A very unpleasant experience.
