Young vibrant workforce. Great comradery among the team.

Cons

Work-life balance, if you join wework you have to go to parties you might not want to, work your self to the bone for stock that will only lose value and be drastically underpaid and undervalued for what you contribute.

Pros

* Lots of opportunities to learn about new products, systems and project management strategies. * Large scale company with a lot moving parts means there's always something new to learn about. * Decent amount of autonomy. You often have the freedom to develop and drive your own solution to a problem.

Cons

* Work environment is often chaotic and dysfunctional. Too often there is an unclear division of responsibilities * promotion is really rigid. You can be very high performing at your current position, but you won't receive a comp increase unless you enter management or change job titles completely. This means many people don't stay in a position long enough to really master it. Instead, people only work long enough to get proficient, then hop to something else. * Sales team overpromises on everything. Which puts customer facing staff and product staff in a tough spot relentlessly.
