      What was the old WeWork is not what exists now (for better or worse)

      Pros

      During my 3 years at WeWork, I made so many close connections - the people are truly the heart and soul of the company.

      Cons

      The recent layoffs created a lot more work for the employees who stayed. People were promoted into roles that they were not ready for, to serve customers who are already under financial hardship without much relief from the company. In terms of support, what once was a very supportive environment has turned into an environment where support is hard to come by, simply because of workload.
