Pros

It's a great product, I would definitely use it if I needed space as a member the there some commodity between employees over everything that has happened the last two years.

Cons

We definitely lost most of our culture when Adam left, good or bad, it's just different here and nothing special to work here. I would 100% never recommend a friend to work here but I do believe in the product. All the good employees have either been let go or left the sinking ship that we were.

Core employees are talented, good people who still believe in product. Product itself is good - great to have access to all the locations across the globe Greater focus on what moves the needle - fewer distractions

Cons

New management team under big stress to turnaround - stretch numbers and lead by fear. Continued tension at the C-suite over ownership of areas. Management team has strong incentives to turn company around - those benefits are not in place for the teams that are driven hard to make it happen No real growth opportunity for those who "stuck around" - talent is under-leveraged; expect to see a continued flight of talent Pure real estate company - the aspects that made it community / stronger brand ./ cool are being diluted Supports diversity / women only on its face - New female CFO and Chief Communications Officer lasted less than 6 months.

- Company culture is beyond repair after negative press and two massive rounds of layoffs - Morale at all-time low - Lack of longterm vision for company; constantly reactive - Rapid employee turnover - Lack of resources for community teams
