Too agressive growth regardless of the realistic time frame and caotic organization with constant management direction changes, overtime work with lots of pressure.

Amazing people to work with, still believe in the cause, comfortable workplace design. Creator awards.

Cons

Company culture is terrible and has been in decline for a while, most likely due to their incredible growth and scaling over the years with no one taking the reins in employee experience. While they preach their so called values, they don't actually practice them at all. there is a huge middle management problem which will make personal growth difficult.

beautiful workspace, interesting people, opportunities to grow and learn

Cons

Disorganized, don´t practice what they preach, management does not listen/care, no work like balance, no compensation for overtime.
