Pros

The company is pre-IPO and growing like mad so could be work quite a lot someday.

Cons

They no longer offer any form of equity, even at a senior level. No stock grants, no options, nothing. It’s already worth $21B, the founders themselves worth $4B between them. They’re not the sharpest tools in the shed. They just hustled and got very lucky.

Pros

Great mission. Inspiring leadership. Socially conscious organization. Lots of incredible challenges to solve. You're working on a product that you use, and talk to customers every single day. Collaborative culture.

Cons

This is a crazy startup, so you need to be comfortable with change and rapid iteration. Benefits could be better.
