Pros

The free coffee made by a talented barista nearly a month of vacation good salary

Cons

There is dishonesty and a lack of communication at all levels, especially leadership. Often we find out changes in the company from the press rather than internal meetings. WeWork is extremely hierarchical. There's too much emphasis on "collaboration" and not enough looking at each individual's unique talents. The work is extremely repetitive and not challenging because everything created must be "scaleable" and easy for designers in other regions to duplicate. It is the epitome of assembly line work. The recruiters are not knowledgeable in each field that they recruit for: I was mislead about many things in my potential role and unfortunately accepted the offer.
