      Pros

      Fast paced company with tons of opportunity to take on unique projects and learn in the process. A lot of talented, passionate, and friendly people working the day-to-day operations, can't speak too much to the HQ side of things.

      Cons

      Poorly aligned teams, constant shifting of goalposts, and bizarrely constructed management structure makes long term goals a living nightmare while I was with the company. The senior leadership below the executive levels is/was constantly changing plans and decisions, causing entire departments and projects to restructure or course correct.

      Pros

      Highly enthusiastic teams with the drive and gusto to get things done. The new HQ at Waterloo was amazing!

      Cons

      Apart from the obvious.... Too many individuals in senior management positions with no governance structure. Decisions were made by committee or dictated by New York which slows everything down.
