      Good people, great opportunities to meet and network. Fast-paced, never a dull moment.

      Very little care for employee satisfaction and work/life balance. Very little flexibility, and long days.

      Pros

      WeWork is currently working to make sure that we have a competitive pay to retain solid workers. I really have enjoyed working here at WeWork despite the company-wide turmoil the last couple of months. I am fortunate to work in a building and portfolio that is supportive and amazing. Other peers of mine in other portfolios might not be able to say the same. Our members are awesome and the networking is awesome. I enjoy coming into work and I don't ever have a feeling of dread which is amazing. Looking forward to continue moving up in my role.

      -Diversity is lacking in upper management -Been a tumultuous time during the company -Perks of a 'startup' are no longer there

      Perks, flexibility, awesome office spaces, free and open envrionment.

      Cons

      Growth is almost impossible without creating internal clicks. Management from my experience; close to non-existent.
