WeWork is a great place to work because of the Culture and Career opportunity and you can learn a lot.

Cons

Is growing so fast, so the personnel management is not the best one, the same with compensations are not well set.

free food sometimes - not much else other Than: It’s so disorganized I can show up super late and no one notices

Cons

One of the worst experiences I have ever had professionally- looking to leave ASAP Horrendous hours Immature colleagues and leadership Investors and candidates beware - full of crap, big talk with nothing to show other than many locations with fake financials Terrible environment- sit super close to colleagues in what’s supposed to be a flexible space, but yelled at for working in common areas No respect for candidates- recent interviews, people didn’t show up and left candidate alone with no explanation for 30min. Then, stood up 2 candidates because “so busy”
