Pros

Ownership and trust in developing your own work. Big possibillity of learning tools for professional development. Lot’s of talented people in multiple teams which are very approachable inside the company. The culture is an important aspect in making it a great place to work, never been in a company with such good vibes and posiive energy towards works.

Cons

The company has changes every quarter so you need to adapt fast, not an easy place to work if you dislike changes. Due to the size of the company, there are lot’s of duplicated work even though they have communication tools.
