Pros
As noted, I'm learning every single day. I have a lot of autonomy and ownership over my work and love the impact I'm making. I feel lucky to be a recruiter at a company in hyper-growth mode building incredible mission-driven products. I'm privileged to work with smart people and feel like WeWork offers a lot of resources to be successful if you're proactive. Lastly, I love the flexibility WeWork offers. I can work from different locations when I need to and bottomline is, the product is awesome.
Cons
Any cons would be consistent with growing pains at a hyper growth organization. -Unclear career or growth paths -Reporting and data is very difficult to gather, not streamlined, very manual process -Communication from leadership can be poor regarding the direction of the business -Operations is almost non-existent within the team I work for making certain projects difficult
