Pros

None, unless you're an alcoholic and like cheap free beer

Cons

The place is built on lies. Nobody cares about community that's just a smokescreen to get people in the door. All the jobs here are SALES jobs. You are responsible for achieving ridiculous targets and nobody cares how you get there. Many times I've been told by my "manager" to lie to clients walking through the door. There is no respect and no integrity. You will be yelled at for not meeting your goals, you will be called 20 times a day by your "manager" demanding an explanation why the daily target is not met yet and you will be fired on the spot.

Pros

Fun environment, you get exposed to the local Boston start up scene.

Cons

The company is very cultish. If they don't like you, you get treated differently. The management style is very underhanded and fake.

Pros

WeWork is growing brand that offers a great community for small businesses. I loved supporting something providing growth opportunities for small businesses. I loved meeting people, our members, getting them pumped about being part of something awesome.

Cons

Hired to relocate to another state, I signed on after agreeing to relocation assistance. I was flown up to NYC to train, however, there wasn't very much structure to the training program, at all. It was very lackadaisical. After I was hired, I was then thrown into a construction zone, having nothing to do with my training.. a month later, the ball was rolling, and the company decided overnight to make corporate lay offs. Most of the staff found out thru Bloomberg Technology.. as I was one of those. After relocating, giving up a good (financial) life prior and beieving in the brand, only to be laid off... was quite a surprise. My boss said they were also was looking for other career options as they are going thru a rocky phase right now.
