Pros
The people you work with on a day-to-day basis are all passionate, smart, and extremely supportive of each other. The company has also been putting in lots of processes and training to really teach our current staff and management how to grow and be successful. We have a lot of great perks and fun workplace "extras". Awesome coffee, barista, amazing designed office, music playing, random fun events, performances, off site events, etc. The culture that recognizes we spend a ton of time at work, but it can still be fun and feel like home.
WeWork is on a mission to really change the way people view their work and their lives in general. We all have our separate daily roles but we all believe that working together, sharing ideas, constantly supporting, constantly say "yes", and doing things the right way will change the world. Not only for our business, or the the startup world, or even for the general workforce, but for all people and their daily lives everywhere.
Cons
We work a lot of hours. Training or mandatory "team building" events are held on late nights and weekends. Sometimes we miss weekends or nights with our families. But many of us are young enough and scrappy enough that we understand that some sacrifices now will pay off in the long run.
