      Pros

      Working at WeWork helped to restore my confidence in myself as a professional. I collaborate with with employees from different departments, at all levels, and am treated well, listened to and respected. That is certainly not the case for most companies I've worked for. There's an optimistic and exciting energy in the workplace that is contagious. The hours can be long, but the day goes by super fast, and when you believe in the concept, it's worth the hard work.

      Cons

      Rigorous, often chaotic as the company is growing fast. There have certainly been some growing pains.
