Pros

The work is absolutely amazing. The crowd is young and vibrant the benefits are multiple and you will be grateful to company. If you ever get a chance to work here you should. The job teaches you alot. I have had personally the best time of my life here. The CEO and the upper management is super nice super inclusive and always striving bring about change.

Cons

there is pressure from direct manager at times and no way to speak up cause you work with them as they are well connected.

flexibility to work within all 14 sites no micromanagement acceptable base pay and insurance coverage

Cons

lack of direction. no training on processes such as HR, IT, etc benefits could be improved

flexible, great vacation days, can be fun at work as essentially you feel like a RA for a building.

Cons

Can be stressful as their is not a lot of communication amongst corporate and community.
