If you are a bootlicker then the company is meant for you. If you like buttering people with no real talent then the company is meant for you. If you have no talent but in the good the books of the management then the company is perfect for you. If you can suck up all the nonsense politics then the company if for you. Kids are directors with no real experience. There are absolute no processes. People who want to set processes are looked down. Data is not shared and confined to 3 - 4 person who manipulates. The HR is pathetic with no control and just agrees to person in power. If you are not in the inner circle the company is not for you, no matter how good you are.

Flexible work hours and free food.

Cons

Disorganized, unprofessional, inexperienced, immature and juvenile leadership. Pattern of hiring unqualified people for management/director level roles. Heads of Departments and VPs notoriously late or absent from meetings with little or no notice and zero explanation whatsoever. If and when they did show up they were often ill-prepared. No structure and zero follow through on initiatives. Extravagant and unnecessary spending. Witnessed alcohol and drug abuse first hand from executives. The list goes on and on. This place was honestly a joke.
