Pros
The responsibilities, performance benchmarks, and team hierarchy are very clear. In this role you will never have to take work home with you. It is a great role for anyone that needs temporary work and is looking to break into another field. You are able to meet an incredible amount of interesting people and it is very common for community team members to be poached by WeWork member companies.
Cons
If you hate conflict and confrontation this won't be a great fit. There is often times where adult WeWork members act like children and it is your responsibility to amend the situation. Also now that WeWork has emerged from bankruptcy they have made some questionable decisions that are out of your control but members still think you are responsible for (getting rid of plants, printers, less event budget, etc.) It makes sense though, ww lost money long enough.
