Pros
The people I worked with at WeWork were absolutely outstanding, to the point that I'm unsure if I will find coworkers this amazing ever again. That sounds hyperbolic, but everyone on my regional team was energetic, supportive, genuinely caring, super hardworking, and committed to the culture. On the Community team, you also get to meet and support incredible members, which, aside from being fun and energizing, has also helped me build my own network in the city.
Cons
Change on change on change. It's no secret that WeWork has had a turbulent 6 months since the failed IPO, and the changes keep coming with the new leadership. I genuinely believe that my regional coworkers have their hearts in the right place, but the jury is still out on whether the new leadership is committed to the actual employees rather than just saving the business. The company was founded on such people- and community-centric principles that the current leadership teams has yet to display. **NOTE: My biggest advice is to take all reviews with a grain of salt depending on when it was posted. The company has been through so much turbulence that a review from even a month ago may not be accurate now.
