- Directors and HOD are kids with little/ no experience in the work they're doing which gives no direction to the team - Deeply Nepotistic Leadership who only appreciate boot lickers & people who can run around their managers - They are trying to sell the Big brand name of WeWork Global however its falsified, The concept of ESOP's is bull crap at WeWork India. - Apart from Sales, most other teams are looked down upon and are not respected for their work. - Unscrupulous practice of laying off people which is termed as "Mutual separation" - No process in terms of interview and employee engagement. - The company holds bi-weekly meetings where they discuss the company achievements while people just come their to have free beer. - No vision in terms of expansion while they're just opening buildings and asking sales to fill desks like donkeys, no pre sales teams. - They promote their culture to their clients and how good they are while internally they are big nepotists.
