      Pros

      - Motivated bunch of people. - Focus on the greater good. Not just a company to earn profits! - Take great care of their employees and understand them . - Promote internal hiring and career growth of their employees. - The culture and positive vibes are the icing of the cake.

      Cons

      Since they provide high quality of living and workspaces- as a customer they are a little steep. As an employee - You would love it here.

      + WeWork's mission is to build a more caring, connected world, save the planet, and elevate consciousness. They put their money where their mouth is. What else could you want from a company mission. + Management's heart is in the right place, seem like they learn from their mistakes and take feedback + Awesome compensation, benefits, and amazing office in downtown SLC

      Cons

      - The Teem office & team was acquired by WeWork in late 2018, so there is currently (in 4/2019) some admin and IT pains caused by the merging of both infrastructures

      Pros

      I've worked with WeWork for over a year and I can honestly say that I've never felt more valued or experienced more growth in such a short span of time. The work culture is great, but it's definitely a lot of hard work. You really have to work to achieve a balance between your career and personal life. But the rewards are limitless.

      Cons

      You definitely have to work over-time occasionally
