Pros

Nice people to work with (for the most part) Pretty easy job but depends what building you're assigned

Cons

Completely inflexible and not open to discussion - onsite 5 days a week Favouritism Poor senior management Terrible promotion structure Lack of recognition Moved buildings with no choice other than to do it or leave so you feel like just a number and not an individual Do not look after their staff Most of the management team have a superiority complex Very patronising training sessions and you're constantly asked for feedback but they do nothing about it

Pros

Great for those interested in relationship building, event planning, sales, and general networking.

Cons

Worked here during covid, so a lot shifted with culture at that time. Lots of buildings were closed and it was hard to keep morale up. But that wasn't wework's fault.

Pros

Cool workspace Some people are friendly

Cons

US-driven with little freedom given to UK teams Redundancy culture Couldn't even tell you who the senior leadership team were. So segregated and hierarchical
