Pros

Supportive like-minded team, great colleagues, and a dog-friendly environment

Cons

Little to no flexibility, expected to handle sales tasks without compensation despite not being a sales role, and the company is severely understaffed. Senior leadership offers little appreciation or support, with constant redundancies and lack of job security. As the face of the business, there is no backing from the company, and area directors are often untruthful and unsupportive of building management

Pros

The team mates are great. Tech stack is interesting.

Cons

Very rigid rules and guidelines. Management is all over the place and very skilled at blaming without actually understanding what’s happening. Very good at bragging about previous experiences. Evaluations are based on failures and not achievements.
