Uff.. not so relevant questions. Manager herself is not skilled. Asks stupid questions. They see more of a vibe check than seeing the hardwork and mindset. They want someone who can party with them after work and eat sushis. More like interviewing for friends than the employee coz it looks like Manager has no life outside of work

Cons

Some of the downsides of the Enterprise roles in Australia, is you had little control due to the head offices of many companies being outside your designated zone
