Good place to work, although not sure if things changed to the extent of making a solid career over there

Fringe benefits, such as health insurance, paid foreign language classes and other learning opportunities

Cons

When I was there, there were no clear career progression baselines, and several sectors were affected by the company's change of business model to the extent that, on the one hand, bonuses were paid. People were promoted without a more precise and shared sense of targets to achieve. Conversely, on the other hand, when the crisis consumed the company, massive layoffs were made without an anticipated and more evident consensus about that rather than 'top-down changes'.

A empresa é uma empresa para crescer e aprender. Pelo fato de eles não saberem onde querem chegar - apesar de ser ruim para empresa - é bom para o colaborador que quer aprender da maneira mais difícil.

Cons

A companhia está perdendo grandes talentos, assim como perde grandes clientes, simplesmente por não saber liderar e não escutar os colaboradores. A empresa está doente e todos adoecem junto com ela. Não sabem para onde ir e nem onde desejam chegar, pois mudam a prioridade a cada mês.

Entry salary (before year 2020). Collaboration between individual contribuitors.

Cons

C level fails to really understand people needs. General Lack of leadership (cascade effect). Empty HR Coaching Method and no real attention to raised issues. eNPS worst than NPS. Unfair Bonus distribution. KPIs dos not foster a collaborative environment between areas.
