      Pros

      Pros: Working at WeWork India offers incredible exposure to the events and partnerships space. The company fosters creativity and collaboration, and I’ve had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of events—from brand activations to large-scale member parties and corporate mixers. The culture encourages ownership and out-of-the-box ideas, and there’s a strong emphasis on building relationships with both members and external partners. The team spirit in the Brand & Marketing department is another big plus—collaborating with colleagues across creative, community, and operations teams has been a great learning experience. There’s also room to develop negotiation and stakeholder management skills, as sponsorships and partnerships are a key part of the role.

      Cons

      The pace can be relentless, especially during peak event seasons. Deadlines are often tight, and it requires strong time management to balance multiple events and partner expectations simultaneously. Processes (like budgeting and approvals) can sometimes feel lengthy and complex, which slows things down in a fast-moving environment.
