Pros

I honestly cannot think of a pro, besides having free lunch every Friday.

Cons

Never been so mistreated in my life: - It took SIX months and SIX interviews to obtain a contract, always having to literally beg for feedback. ( They would go weeks without giving me an answer even though they reassured me I had the job ) - The company DEMANDS your presence at events outside of work hours and you ARE NOT compensated on these. ex: Every Monday there is an event from 18:00 to 20:00 called TGIM where the presence of employees is mandatory but not compensated. When I asked my hiring manager to discuss my contract and asked for an explanation for this, this was seen as having a " bad attitude " . - The company uses the term " VOLUNTEERING" in emails when forcing employees to attend events for legal reasons. -I was left alone numerous times while I was still on training, dealing with issues I had NOT BEEN TRAINED ON , when I asked for the support I was bullied and screamed at. -Very Low salary

Pros

Pay, perks, pto, culture, coworkers

Cons

Hours, Hours, hours. Since things change so often you have to stay on your toes or get left behind (not for the faint of heart)

Pros

Young and smart GMs, young team, beer in office, global exposure.

Cons

Very juvenile human resources team. The HR team is just out of school and no maturity whatsoever – don’t know how to deal with the leaders. One really wonder how head hr manages to survive – I am sure there’s some quid pro quo.
