Pros

Chill workplace. Culture is good. Employee engagement.

Cons

Extremely nepotistic workplace. Manager reviews and feedback never reaches the seniors, and managers get personal if they know you've given negative feedback. Most of the team heads are freinds and family of owner family. It feels like working in a family business. The culture is cult and isn't open to outsiders like the company keeps promoting in public. Promotions and appraisals are given to favourites and not as per value provided. Worst mistake of my career.

Pros

Great intro to learning office politics and how cronyism works - great insight to how a company only concerned about financials works.

Cons

No professional or personal growth unless you like to play politics. They use Lattice reviews but won't advance you based on good results unless you're liked by upper management - on the other hand they will use this as a tool to fire you. There will be limited, if any 1:1's in this company unless you actively pursue them- massive groups of teams working in silo with no qualified leadership or meaningful direction. Good Old Boys Club - they just send mgmt from the US to Europe and other work regions to "lead." Misogynistic culture - the only women that are in Leadership are Community, Design and sometimes Sales - no hard skill leadership positions for women. T
