      1. A gender biased organization where females are given more preferences for everything. In case of any problems arising between two parties of opposite gender, they give preference to females irrespective of other things. 2. The company lacks value system. 3. The staff here do not know what they are doing. 4. Company is run like a circus. 5. People in the company lack interpersonal skills. 6. Saving your job without performing duty properly is the goal of the staff here and making money anyhow is the goal of the company.
