      its a role that gives you a lot of freedom you get to go on great company events like summer camp and summit. they are always throwing great parties

      Cons

      there are still a lot of teething problems that they are trying to work through which can be very frustrating. you dont get a lot of time off and the work life balance doesn't seem to exist

      If you feel passionate about the company values and mission, you will love working for WeWork. You will undoubtedly be highly challenged and feel deeply connected to what you do every day.

      Cons

      Don't join WeWork if you aren't ready to dive right in and work hard. Really hard. There is no end to the impact you can have on your community, which means there is also no end to the work you can put in to enhancing the member experience. Endless work = tricky work/life balance, but the job (if I can even call it that) is so directly rewarding that if it's the right fit, (=alignment with mission and values), it's not a struggle you often consider (and I say this as a mother of two.)
