Pros

Good Beer. $150 soap dispensers. Other people think company is cool. Offices all over the world (that you will have difficulty accessing)

Cons

Nepotism. Multiple Lawyers as Operational executives. One of the dumbest billionaire founders I have ever met. #RightPlaceRightTime Executives appear unusually concerned with sucking up to the founders.

Pros

Free food, wear whatever you want to work, networking, and free trips on company

Cons

The free food, beer, and trips are an illusion. Trust me, 2-3 days on a company wide summit in Los Angeles is pretty cool, but not enough to make you want to work 65-80+ hrs. a week. When you do the majority of the tours on a daily basis, have to fix all the maintenance issues with the building, plan 3-5 community events a week, and you're threatened with hazing by your senior leadership, makes you bounce pretty quickly even though you'd like to build a career with one of the fastest growing companies in the world.
