Lots of opportunity for growth and a casual work environment.

Cons

Frequently people are over promoted per their experience level. Lots of turnover.

Pros

If you are single, between the ages of 25-30, and love to drink +/or do drugs than this is the workplace for you.

Cons

Teams get switched around so quickly you do not have time to build a rapport which leaves you feeling unsupported and in turn unfulfilled. In the last year, there were multiple tiers created within the design department - Associate Designer, Interior Designer, and Senior Interior Designer - but there is little to no difference in the roles aside from salary. Lastly, teams are pushed so hard to deliver desks each month, in order to appease investors, that often times you are opening projects that look like construction sites which is depressing and embarrassing.

Pros

Pay, perks, pto, culture, coworkers

Cons

Hours, Hours, hours. Since things change so often you have to stay on your toes or get left behind (not for the faint of heart)
