Pros

Lots of free alcohol. Great way to meet the hustlers around town.

Cons

Little to no opportunity for upward mobility. Decisions about promotions are based on arbitrary decisions made by recently-graduated kids.

Pros

WeWork is an awesome place to work. The company is fast and is really growing. The growth rate will drive you to succeed within the company.

Cons

WeWork does not operate like the model it preaches. There is a weird hierarchy and dynamic that makes everyone feel stuck. Closed doors when we shouldn't have any offices.

They hired me just to lay me off

Pros

I was laid off only months after being hired-so I couldn't tell you. I spent the months I did work for this company worried about my job security after the IPO was pulled.

Cons

Everything you read about this company in the news is accurate. Leadership and their direct reports make poor decisions-they also lie to your face and do not operate with integrity. I will be surprised if they even exist in a couple of years.
