Flexible work schedule, access to all WeWork locations, benefits are pretty good

Cons

Change happens very quickly and without much preparation or thought. Sometimes decisions are made and then reversed. Seen several people get pushed aside as someone new is hired above them and they are slowly forced to leave. There's also a lot of nepotism. Culture is massively depreciating.

Free beer, lax atmosphere, ability to have autonomy, some actual great co workers who are not drunk on the kool aid.

Cons

Extreme nepotism - if you're related to one of the founders or executives, you will come in as a VP - regardless lack of knowledge or experience. Extremely chaotic - things change daily on a whim. Cult like following. Questionable hiring and firing practices. High turnover. It's an actual mess. Read the reviews and run.

Access to all the great locations to work from remotely Access to events and training Nice benefits even for Part Timers Many ventures so there is a place for almost every skill

Cons

A few miscommunications within such a large company regarding new situations (eg. a role starting in a new country) but generally all was handled smoothly, any issues were addressed immediately.
