Toxic place, overworked team members

-Sometimes having a good time with team members on shift -Having some lovely regular customers

Cons

-Everyone from higher management extremely unpleasant and disrespectful when visiting units -Toxic work culture -Poor work life balance due to some units opening early and closing late and working randomly assigned shifts -Poor pay for the workload and amount of stress -Constant target chasing and heavy criticism when expectations not met - even if it wasn’t the team’s fault
