      The welcome break is providing highway services. I was working in ramada London gateway hotel which is one of the best and big hotel in the group for a welcome break. they really good with staff management and providing the best services to the guest

      Need to provide more facilities.

      Pros

      Flexible working patterns Amazing benefits whilst working and off duty. Discounts with big retailers saving you money on all the small and large purchases of life. Career & Development opportunities I started part time & now run a successful unit within 5 years. A warm and welcoming company with very good people at the heart of what we do. The people who work on the floor are exceptional and you come away with friends for life.

      Cons

      Working with the general public. Bank holidays and Christmas we are open therefore work life balance is sometimes off depending on your Roster’s.
