Pros

Your role was taken seriously and supported. A degree of autonomy within your role. Great people around you. Good training tools. Recognised brands.

Cons

Hours can be gruelling if you allow yourself to get very involved, which seemed to be an expectation by site directors and regional directors. Bonus scheme when launched was almost unobtainable making it nothing but a vanity project in the eyes of my colleagues and myself.

Lots of overtime 50%discount on food and drinks Paid holidays

Cons

Travelling difficulty(no transport) No work life balance Not enough staff and are expected to meet all goals. Unpaid breaks Sometimes no breaks at all
