Variety of tasks, one hour break

Cons

Employee safety is not prioritised enough, sometimes you will be the only staff member there. Due to understaffing the workload that each individual is expected to cover is extremely high making this a very stressful job to work. There are constant issues with stock and the showers meaning that customer's complain at the staff constantly and this has a negative impact on staff wellbeing which is not adequately taken into account by management
