Ideal part time job for students but not a viable career

Subsidised food & drink, Managers' food allowance, free parking. Many career progression opportunities. Strong team culture.

Cons

Minimum wage job, not much more money at higher levels, managers expected to work excessive unpaid overtime.

Welcome Break is utterly horrendous.

Pros

Some staff are friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Bad pay. Useless management. Zero progression. Double standards. Most ubms can't do a day's work. Most staff can't or won't work hard. Bullies in company.
