Pros

Lots of flexibility, as long as your business is running as it should. Pros are all dependent on the team you work with, both your own team and the team above you. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Often told to minimise labour costs, which can be detrimental to the business. Too many false promises.

Pros

Discount. Meal allowance. Hours to suit different people. Massive progression path that I have seen work for people and myself. Working for brands gives you such knowledge and sets you up for your future career / jobs. They have a great internet portal which has so much support available to you regarding everything you do at Welcome break. Christmas and summer party. Job security. Great training.

Cons

Long hours are not for everyone. At times I feel people are hired in heist even when it’s obviously they aren’t right for the job. Sometimes I feel that when we have big visits from higher management they should talk to the people on the ground more and get a real feel for how things are going. I also feel that people not performing should be dealt with sooner and be encourage to improve and follow the WB Moro’s that are in place or be taken down disciplinary routes.
