      Pros

      I have worked for Welcome Break for two years and in that time have progressed from team member to running my own unit. I have received tremendous amounts of support at my time in Welcome Break to pursue a career here and feel my best interests have always been at the centre of every decision. My Site Operations Manager is a fantastic leader and an even better coach! There is various benefits packages (more popping up all the time) to take advantage of and the career paths are well structured. Welcome break is a fast paced company operating several well known brands giving you the opportunity to gain lots of experience in hospitality and retail whilst having continuity of leadership to support you on your journey!

      I spend a lot of time at work but this is largely through choice than necessity

Congratulations on your progression from Team Member to UBM, you have done a fantastic job and maximised the opportunities available to you. We would like to see you get a better work/life balance and there are courses that we offer that can help you with this, or alternatively your Site Leader will be able to offer some guidance of how to balance this better.       Pros

      Brilliant internal development opportunities and career progression with class room based learning alongside on the job learning and experiences. Flexible working hours. Incredible benefits platform - it doesn't matter if you work 4 hours or 40 hours a week you are still eligible. Great atmosphere on site - Yes you have to work hard but it can be fun too!

      The work can be physically demanding.

It is fantastic to hear that you feel we have great career progression within our business and are able to work flexibly, as well as a benefits package for our teams that we are really proud of. The job can be physically demanding at times so we do encourage our teams to get the balance right and look after our personal well being.
