Not many, people at site are great, that’s it

Where do I begin….by far the most disorganised, chauvinistic, poorly run organisation I have every worked for. Leadership team are completely out for themselves, don’t have a clue how their decisions impact the wider business.

Arrogant managers who abuse the discounts, work staff to the floor and shout at you, no progression.

Only on 10p more than days , wage not that good to say it's unsociable hours , Discount given but nothing open during the night
