Pros

great discounts and perks for all team members including : 50% off fast food like kfc burgerking and even starbucks. 2 staff partys a year in summer and winter £7.50 per hour for every age.

Cons

sometimes the customers can become angry and motivation can fall in the teams.

Cons

Unless you are a managers favourite you get nowhere Made to do jobs meant for management No appreciation for hard work No career progression (constant promises get nowhere) maintainence is shocking Forced to upsell No understanding of social life
