Pros

Great atmosphere, plenty of opportunities to better yourself, overall a good company to work for.

Cons

the only downside that I see is that we never really seem to have enough staff, also they are quick to pick up on the bad moments but not so quick with the compliments when things are going great.

The business is about people, I've never worked for a company that actually worries about how many hours I work and how I am feeling in my job. I've had fantastic training and the support is amazing

Cons

As with any management job, the needs of the job can mean working extra hours, but other than that there are no cons

employee discounts free bar at works party twice a year at local pub's

Cons

routine always changing getting my hard very physical work as a cleaner. recycling not perfect have of all recycling is waste due to the training of employees or the customer putting items in the wrong bins
